Spring Forward

Spring forward oh hands of the clock
'Tis the time of year
An hour more to work and play
Especially the latter!

Man must tinker with God's timing
Never satisfied with what he's got
Ever changing this and that
Rather than accepting his lot

By some called progress
This fiddiling with this and that
Come to think of it
We'd still be in the Garden of Eden

But Eve thought she knew more than God
But Eve thought she knew more than God

Spring Forward (c) 2003 Quentin Clingerman
