Unblemished

Unblemished

Unblemished is God’s cathedral
Stained glass is fragile makings of this soul
Carnival glass of darkened sin, side show
Stretching still intact to take the stain away
For their part of Christ’s glorious body of light
Human mind is troubled viewing through stained glass eyes
Impossible to comprehend, blinded by the bright
God’s cathedral calls their name, as the stain begins to fade
Heaven whispers through the crash of broken glass
Unblemished is the soul in the hush of Jesus’ name
God’s cathedral glowing bright, blessed by Holy Spirit might
