Already There
By: Laurie Ragan Jenkins

When grief clogs the soul
Tears won't stop flowing
For those that are missing
From our Christmas scene
Our Father in Heaven
Offers His comfort
For those that mourn
Blessed are those that mourn
A Heavenly soft pillow
Comforting a weeping face
Although many loved ones
Are missing at the present scene
Around the tree, the Christmas feast
Their gifts no longer there
Gifts bought with love
Gifts bought to share
Rest peaceful on His pillow of comfort
Rejoice for they are already there
