Chirping Joy

Chirping Joy

God’s song of joy chirps from an evergreen
Playing His melody of peace beside a rushing stream
Washing souls in living water sacred and divinely clean
Then plants His garden in the bright pathway
God’s light of love tills their earthly clay
Seeds are carried as Holy wind does blow
God is the planter of each heart and yonder soul
Chirping joy plays in the heart and mind to know
Heaven appears in His rushing stream
His melody of peace carries souls up to join Him
Bright is God’s light from the clear pathway
An evergreen, ever-living sous, to stay
