Mini Blind Mind
By: Laurie Ragan Jenkins

Mesmerized by the light
Filtering through the mini blinds
Makes me think of dear Jesus
Lighting the world just outside my door
The world I exist in is rather small indeed
I thank God for He's created the perfect world I see
Jesus' light is shining through the window of my soul
Mesmerizing my life forever lighting up my world
The Father has cocooned me in His love until eternity

But this big world outside my windowsill
Is in desperate need of Jesus, the Lord of my fill
For He's the only way to Heaven
So come on big world, see His light feel His love
Let His light shine through the window of your soul
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is the perfect world
Shining through your mini blind mind
Go ahead take a peek through the slat
Then open wide your very narrow mind and see
Mesmerizing life right outside this world
Jesus is the light shining down from Heaven above
