My Brother's Eyes

My Brother’s Eyes

Hold on to dear sweet brother
Hold on to dear sweet brother
Take him up where angels breathe

His little body is weak
His little body is weak
Please let his time on earth be brief

When I look in cloud filled skies
Please let it be his little eyes I see
So I remember him from yesteryear
Hear his laughter loud and clear
From birds singing in the here and now
While the clouds form God’s loving warm embrace
My brother’s eyes smiling, he is safe
