An Eight Day Week
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

An Eight Day Week

From Palm Sunday to Easter
Is a very holy eight day week;
As each successive day, the reality
Of the Christain Faith we faithfully seek.

Palm Sunday to Maundy Thursday,
Good Friday to Easter Morn;
Holy week progresses and promises
That our souls can be powerfully reborn.

Through His shed blood,
In His resurrection power;
This holy eight day week offers
Glorious victory over each and every hour.

What is the meaning of the Cross?
What is the impact of the empty tomb;
This holy eight day week teaches
Our Twenty-First Century world,
that new life stills comes forth --
from faith's First Century womb.
