The McGriddle

The McGriddle

Try our McGriddles,
The words and picture of the ad,
Played heavily on my mind.
So I stop at our local restaurant,
Order this new touted breakfast sandwich,
What an eating treasure I did find.

Egg, cheese, bacon and more,
Placed between two pancakes,
With syrup already cooked within.
What an unbelievable sensation,
To my taste buds,
O, may this eating pleasure not be a sin.

So, my friend, if you find yourself hungry,
Order an egg, cheese and bacon McGriddle,
One morning soon at daybreak.
I promise you a wonderful eating experience,
As enjoyable and satisfying,
As your favorite piece of chocolate cake.
