      Disputed Unions

Man, on his own is incomplete               Gen.2:18

Needing to procreate                               Gen.1:28

To realize this wondrous feat

God gave to us a mate

To reproduce each life form came

So is The Father’s plan

But one of each, not both the same

As is in man with man

As mate; God gave to man a wife           Gen.2:20-24

As seen throughout the earth

To spread with her, his seed of life

And give their offspring birth

But some believe this can’t be right

That God, has no such plan

Such leads to loathing in God’s sight

When man, will mate with man

Now ask yourself, can this be true?

Can man with man so breed?

Or would The Lord God change His view?

To multiply his seed

The bible shows God’s view so well         Lev.18:22

God’s written word’s quite plain

Such acts can only lead to hell

And endless life of pain

When such is wrong within God’s sight?

When he, will join with he?

How can a priest of God unite?

What’s never meant to be?

Buggery; is to God a stench

No matter what its name

Who such yet practice, God will wrench

To end their lives in shame…..

Not every couple make a pair

Of this we must agree

What fruit, can man with man then bear?

Or she; who’ll mate with she

From queer and queens, we’ve called it gay

From strange, to common place

How can one think to live this way?

And hope to see God’s face?                       Lev.20:13

Creation sees such things as odd

Not what The Lord has planned

It’s not a fault or act of God

Nor curse to understand

We can’t pretend, declare things good        Lev.18:22

Once God affirms they’re not

Or would He say one day we could?

The next, He’s quite forgot?

Man has his wife; with him to lie                 Gen.2:21-24

As God ordained they should

No man with man can multiply                    Gen.1:28

For such, God sent the flood                        Gen.19:5

But yet God loves each child He’s made

It’s sin; He can’t abide

Such lustful ways will surely fade

Once truth has turned the tide

The devil’s lie, we’ll quickly see

When Christ is Lord and King

When through His blood we’re truly free

Our sacrifice to bring                                 Mal.3:2-4

We must repent of wilful sin

Receive God’s risen Son

With Him to fight the foe within

Until each battle’s won…

Deny the flesh, each strange desire

The devil’s reign must cease

Give Christ all filth to burn with fire

Receive God’s blessed peace

As darkness cannot dwell with light

Nor cold unite with hot

Do not be fooled to say its right

When God reveals it’s not

Some ask what’s wrong with acting strange.

Why fear the judgement day?

The truth of God will never change

His word won’t pass away

The bible’s here for all to read

To prove such thoughts a lie

Refuse the devil’s shameful seed

From which so many die

The devil’s job is to deceive

Since man came from the dust

But fools are ready to believe

To satisfy their lust

So don’t believe in hell’s deceit

The devil loves to give

Just lay it all at Jesus’ feet

Then turn in truth and live

Come in my friends come join the few

Whose sin The Lord has seen

If Jesus’ finger points to you

Come in dear friend be clean!

Perhaps to you, God’s word is sent

If this my friend is true

It’s not too late that you repent

The choice is up to you..…

About the Poet
I never wrote a word of poetry in my life. Till the day Jesus took my hand and touched my soul.....I invite your response. However most poems are not about me! Very few are. But the feed-back good, bad or indifferent is always desired. Not meant to offend, but I write about many things in many a guise. Of life, death, lost, found, saved, backsliders, new comers, repenting souls, doubting hearts, heathens, Christians, fire, water, Satan's daughter, wallowing in sin, saved, made sound walking in Light, graceful righteous. Suffering, ecstatic, bored, excited, sad, delighted, Sick, well, lame, able, living, dying, etc. etc. etc. Writing about anything, everything and everyone as the spirit leads. All meant to reveal, waken, revive, encourage, shame, help. Gladden, pick up, exalt, portrait, liberate. Again over 99% of my work is not about me. Although at times I write as though I were or am. Speaking e.g. in the first person. This is quite common even in the bible itself. Prophets speak of themselves, then God speaks, again the prophet, then God......Quite often it's difficult to distinguish whom it is that at any given time is speaking or narrating.
