  He'll Judge In Righteousness (1)

One’s time of death draws daily nigh              Ps.89:48

With such alarming pace

All flesh is destined once to die                       Ro.6:23

God’s judgement then to face                          Heb.9:27

For all have sinned and all fall short               Ro.3:23

Yet few of us repent                                        Mt.11:20-24

That man should know the true report           Mt.12:18-21

The Advocate God sent                                  Job.16:19-22

But those who denying Jesus name               Lk.10:16

Rejecting Christ; as Lord                               Jn.12:48

Will soon regret, when judged in shame

They’ll feel God’s vengeful sword                Jn.3:36

Without Christ’s help, with hope forlorn     Eph.2:12

All flesh must understand

The day of grief will surely dawn

For those not in His hand                              Jn.8:21

Who’s faith in Christ has given up                1Ti.4:1

Will find excuses fail                                     Ro.1:20

They’ll drink a while from Satan’s cup

To end with him in jail

God’s jail’s a jail yet no one’s seen

Its jail alone by name                                    Mt.8:12

Sentenced to death can only mean

A life in endless flame                                   Rev.21:15

Make no mistake, God’s judgements true!   Ps.98:9

Who come before His face

Receive the sentence each is due                   2Co.5:10

The question, is the place?

Within God’s church, will judgement starts  1Pe.4:17

With those who’ve heard his voice               Rev.3:18-22

With fire! He’ll judge within their hearts    Mk.9:43-50

Though Christ, has been their choice  Lk.3:16…..

About the Poet
I never wrote a word of poetry in my life. Till the day Jesus took my hand and touched my soul.....I invite your response. However most poems are not about me! Very few are. But the feed-back good, bad or indifferent is always desired. Not meant to offend, but I write about many things in many a guise. Of life, death, lost, found, saved, backsliders, new comers, repenting souls, doubting hearts, heathens, Christians, fire, water, Satan's daughter, wallowing in sin, saved, made sound walking in Light, graceful righteous. Suffering, ecstatic, bored, excited, sad, delighted, Sick, well, lame, able, living, dying, etc. etc. etc. Writing about anything, everything and everyone as the spirit leads. All meant to reveal, waken, revive, encourage, shame, help. Gladden, pick up, exalt, portrait, liberate. Again over 99% of my work is not about me. Although at times I write as though I were or am. Speaking e.g. in the first person. This is quite common even in the bible itself. Prophets speak of themselves, then God speaks, again the prophet, then God......Quite often it's difficult to distinguish whom it is that at any given time is speaking or narrating.
