Bells Of Heaven
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

Bells of heaven

Heard the Church bells ringing.

From a place not far away.

A sound as if of singing.

Ringing out to God in praise.

Familiar notes did resonate

from the tower there.

Each one filled with reverence.

Sound's expression of God's care.

And for the one who sat alone.

Caught up in the way of life.

For a time the spirit rose above.

To dance beyond all strife.

Then as the last bell sounded.

And the final note faded away.

Words were whispered, Thank you Jesus.

For finding me along the way.
