Setting the Pace

I read in the Scriptures today,

Of a woman; whose style is so passé;

Jezebel's action is no way chic;

Ladies, when your man's a - sulking;

Bring him to his knees,

The Word we should heed,

Engage him in petitioning;

Don’t follow her fashion;

For we are His people fashioned;

Let Jesus lead;

In scheming and slandering,

Only God's ire we are provoking;

With fasting and praying,

His bounteous mercy we're amassing;

Don’t follow her fashion;

Jesus leads us;

We are trendsetters.
