Simon Peter

Simon heard His call

‘Come be my disciple’ and

Letting go his net

He followed him everywhere

His strength would allow

Peter disciple

Would hold on forever

To his Messiah

But that clasp was broken

“Get thee behind me ‘He said

Peter apostle

Holding firmly to the truth

Of The Risen Lord

Continued in His footsteps

A rock solid foundation
