My Seat
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

Take your seat at Jesus' feet,

We tend to want our share,

Of the world's anxious cares.

But Jesus deems it best,

To sit with Him and rest.

To sit with Him and learn,

And give the world no concern.

* Of course we should pray!

About the Poet
I've been a Christian for over 40 years and am continually thankful for Jesus' friendship and care. I'm married and have three grown children. I also have two grandsons and three granddaughters. Praise God! My prayer is that God would use these simple poems to encourage you in your walk with the Lord.
