Possessions

My dog has four possessions,

Two bowls, a bed and bone.

Would that I were as content,

With clothes,

Some food,

And home.

About the Poet
I've been a Christian for over 40 years and am continually thankful for Jesus' friendship and care. I'm married and have three grown children. I also have two grandsons and three granddaughters. Praise God! My prayer is that God would use these simple poems to encourage you in your walk with the Lord.
