My Belovedd Is Mine
Closer and ever so close is the Lord to those He loves, Offering peace and rest from His riches above. A refuge from storms, A shade from the heat, A place to strengthen our wearied feet. Left hand under our heads, Right hand embraces the rest, Security in the Savior, confidence in His best. |

About the Poet
I've been a Christian for over 40 years and am continually thankful for Jesus' friendship and care. I'm married and have three grown children. I also have two grandsons and three granddaughters. Praise God! My prayer is that God would use these simple poems to encourage you in your walk with the Lord.
