Jesus, the True Light that awakens my soul,

He is near; all is bright and beautiful,

With love He sustains my life, secure are my days!

To Jesus I surrender all my worries and fear,

He satisfies my hungry soul with His holy Word.

Walking in His truth, being like Jesus in all that I do,

His grace gives life, His mercy shines in the darkness;

In this distressing world, never I struggle alone.

All have abandoned me, yet Jesus lifts my soul up,

Always He is besides me, His love cheers me up!

Nobody can help me like what Jesus does every hour,

Jesus abides in my heart, I rejoice in His salvation,

My mighty shield is He, though tossed from all sides!

In Him only I find guidance and wisdom from above,

Heaven�s melody rings in my heart in joy or pain.

Indeed, Jesus is the music that I need along my way!
