Jesus, how Your affection means to me!

Your merciful love, the sign that You remember me,

Each day Your hands hold me, with You I feel safe.

Though raging storms threaten me ahead,

In Your embrace I can sleep without fear.

As You touch my soul, the darkness haunts me no more,

Death sinks in the depth of Your wonderful love;

Never once You reject me when I come in tears.

I know that I�m not the object of Your wrath,

Now on Your mercy I rely, Your truth sets me free.

When greater are my burdens, You�re besides me,

Your peace renews my strength, I feel loved fully.

Everywhere I see You, Jesus; You�re my faithful friend,

When You�re so near, I�m sure that salvation is mine;

You groaned upon the tree, and all curses are broken.

Your love is all that I need! Your presence makes me glad.
