Today I’ve Risen with the Lord

Hallelujah! Today I’ve risen with the Lord;

Jesus shares His love to the poor and needy.

Fearless I am since His Word is my strength,

In every trial the beauty of the Lord shines.

His precious blood is my mighty foundation,

My hope increases, mine are His blessings!

Jesus gives me victory amid the storms;

My soul He protects with His everlasting love.

When I’m down, Jesus is my faithful friend,

Never I am alone, the darkness can’t seize.

Amen! His gentle voice is full of joy and peace;

Near to His heart, I’m happy all the time.

Whatever befalls, His eternal love hugs me!

Jesus is my sunshine when all is gone,

My future He knits as I abide in Him.

The Living God reaches every trusting heart;

Easy is my yoke, my Savior cares about me,

I sing for His goodness now and forever!
