Behind the Eyeballs
Looking through a window
It seems to be inside my head
Behind blue eyeballs lies a mind
That can lead to thoughts of dread
But what can I have to fear
If listening to the Lord loud and clear
God's grace is sufficient this I know
Living for Christ Jesus through the lows
When Jesus loves you it really shows
Behind blue eyeballs His love glows
Shining out all thoughts of dread
Listening to His lovely voice
Onward you thoughtlessly tread
Trusting in His promises, all He's said
Giving God the glory inside your head
Living by God's laws like He said
The mind behind the eyeballs often tells lies
Listen to the Lord don't fear or hide
Christ Jesus lights the way where Heaven lies
