Joy Thief
By: Laurie Ragan Jenkins

Joy thief
Joy thief
Satan is a joy thief
Come to steal your joy
When you're feeling good
Prising God like you always should
The joy thief will come around
Try to steal your joy
Make your smile frown
Turn your joy upside down
He never fails to appear
Steal God's joy
Take His glory
Keep your joy
With God's glory
Trust in Jesus
God's baby boy
Joy is with the Lord
Safety from the joy thief
His joy is sweet relief
Joy for your soul
Joy to always hold
Joy with belief
No more joy thief
