God's Way
By: Laurie Ragan Jenkins

When opening up my widow
Cold morning air took my breath away
What beautiful sound should greet my ears
The melody playing from far off church bells
Such a glorious, joyous, sound to hear
Makes my spirit play a song or two
Join in their wonderful tribute to the Lord
Playing in the cold, cold morning air
God's way of drawing my soul to this home
The church bells were playing as I toured along
Looking for the perfect place to raise my son
God's way is the perfect way showing where we belong
Church bells was all it took I knew I wasn't wrong
God blesses us in every way when we hear His song
I have to say thank You Father for letting me sing along
And the beauty of the morning air carrying Your song
The blessings You've bestowed my whole life long
God's way the perfect way never being wrong
Opening up my window finding where I belong
