To My Bible Study

 

I want you to know
I have cherished these times
We have spent with
His Word every week,
I want you to know
I have learned from you too,
As together we've heard
Our Lord speak.

We've enjoyed precious moments
Of sharing and prayer
And delighted in
Fellowship sweet,
But the greatest of all
Was when Jesus drew near,
And all of us
Sat at His feet.

And as He drew near
How precious to find
That the truth
I could not perceive
In the light of the Spirit
Was made clear and plain,
As we opened our hearts
And believed.
