Desert Thought

If I stand in the middle of a desert

And look up

Am I alone?

Are there not cataracts of Living Water

Forever reviving

My soul?

Is not the Bread of Heaven

Manna-like

Bestowed?

Angelic voices

Choir-like

Intoned?

A Cloud of Witnesses

Fire-bright

Shown?

The desert does not divide God's own.
