In His Garden

I grow and flourish
in His way.

My faith has
made me whole.

God  planted me
in His garden.

And I am
under His care.

Age is unsignificant
and I still produce

my good works
known only unto Him.

Even now, as I am older
there is much for me to do.

I remain ever grateful
and continue to grow.

For dear hearts,
there is no age in Eternity,
 

"the righteous shall flourish
like the palm tree."
     (Psalm 92:12)

About the Poet
Born on October 24, 1939, I was one of seven children. I am now a mother of seven grown children, grandmother of 18, widow, and writer for the past 50 years mostly poetry. Day care provider of many years, now retired. Three poetry books published, but no longer in print, several little poem books self published. Published in local newspapers, several magazines and daily devotionals. My faith, family and writing poetry has brought me thus far.
