All Sufficient

All Sufficient

God's light shines the brightest
in my darkest hours,
His grace is sufficient
as rain is to flowers.

God's mercy extends far
beyond all my dreams,
His unmerited favor
transcends all my schemes.

God's presence surrounds me
like the warmth of a fire...
His will for my life
is what I desire!

God's unconditional love
has pardoned me,
without His forgiveness
in bondage I'd be!

God's faithfulness stretches
to dimensions unknown...

how grateful I am that
He calls me His own!

About the Poet
Christian since 1973, widowed in 2007, but by the divine appt. of God, I married a wonderful, godly widower in Oct. 2010. Three grown, married sons and eight grandchildren. My first love is Jesus who inspires my pen, for apart from Him I can do nothing! I desire to honor the Lord and edify readers thru poetry He inspires.
