The Apology

 

He apologized! ~

And all of Heaven's bells
pealed out and rang.

He apologized!! ~

His guardian angel
cartwheeled, danced and sang.

He'd wrestled with his stubborn pride
And set that foolish thing aside,
Such joy was mine I almost cried ~

He apologized!!!
