Hidey-Hole

Sh-h-h!!!

Let this be my hiding place
Where no one gives a nod ~
Where no one frowns or disapproves,
No one, perhaps, but God.

Let this be my hiding place
Where no one gives a darn ~
Where I relax and think out loud
And maybe spin a yarn.

And I won't tell just anyone
My secret of this site ~
'Cause if you're prone to criticize
You won't get *my* invite!

Let this be my hiding place
Where I can bare my soul ~
Please, no critique! Just sneak a peek
Into my hidey-hole.

Where I can soar and fly unfettered,
Make up words as yet unlettered ~
Untold thoughts can lose control
In here ~ my hidey-hole.

Sh-h-h!!!

About the Poet
IN MEMORIAM I'm just a servant of the Lord that wants to magnify Him through poetry, and to cause others to focus on Him.
