The Lord God made a lot of folks,
And gobs of them are brothers;
And most of them are all alike,
But *you're* not like the others!

You see, when it was baby-time
Within the Hinnen clan,
God said, "I'll have to pick out
An *extraordinary* man!

"This child will have to wade in streams
And catch fish with his dad,
So he can't be afraid of snakes
Like some 'sissyfied' lad.

"And he must have a special gift:
A knack for laying brick...
And since there'll be so much to build,
I'll have to make him *quick*!

"He'll be someone who'll work with cars
And shine at playing pool;
And when it comes to business deals,
He'll be nobody's fool.

"He'll have to be good-natured
And an easy-going lad,
Because he'll have a sister
That'll drive most others MAD!"

And now you know why it was so
Why no one else would do ~
MY brother had to be *unique*,
And so God picked out YOU!!!

About the Poet
IN MEMORIAM I'm just a servant of the Lord that wants to magnify Him through poetry, and to cause others to focus on Him.
