Jesus, I Welcome You in My Heart

Jesus, I Welcome You in My Heart…

Though distress threatens me severely,

Always I believe in Your Word of life.

Your name I magnify for triumph is mine,

My soul considers You as hidden treasure.

Jesus, I welcome You in my heart…

The world may be cruel and unjust,

Yet from your word won’t I separate myself.

How I need Your light all the time,

Your kingdom isn’t far but in my heart.

Come, oh come my Redeemer and Friend!

With a pure heart I let You reign forever.
