When the Christmas Bells Chime

When the Christmas bells chime, I sing:

“O Lord, thank you for a blessed day!

A precious moment to love one another”

Sweet fellowship with Jesus is bound,

Leaning on His grace, my life shines.

I want to tell others about His goodness,

His light guides me in trials and temptations.

My soul praises Jesus since I belong to Him,

Whatever befalls, safe I am from all alarms.

O, what a great joy to have Jesus as my Savior!

When I am weak, He comes to lift me up;

There is none like Jesus, He is so merciful.

When the Christmas bells chime, I shout:

“Glory ever be to Jesus, my blessed Redeemer!

Great is His love though many time we falter”

His perfect peace in my heart colors Christmas,

Jesus is so near, His amazing grace does ring!
