When I’m down, always You’re there;

Your mighty hands reach out to me,

No more tears since abundant is Your joy.

Jesus, Your peace leads me to victory!

The darkness seizes me, yet You’re faithful;

On Your everlasting love I can take refuge.

The emptiness in my heart Your grace fills.

Jesus, abiding in You is a great blessing!

The fountain of life You’re in mine soul;

I live in misery when Your love leaves me.

The storms that toss increases my faith;

Till the end I want to follow my Savior.

Your salvation rings, Your infinite love binds!

My broken heart You heal, I sing hallelujah;

You’re near when deep distress surrounds.

Come, Oh Jesus, and each day will be bright!

Your goodness stays in my heart forever,

When nobody cares, Your lovingkindness shines.

With You at my side, never falter my steps;

Whatever befalls, Your embrace makes me safe!
