Where Do I Go?

              Where do I go?

Lord, where do I go when I seem
to be going nowhere?
Your word.

Lord, where dio I go when
I am sad?
Your word.

Lord where do I go when I need
someone to listen to what I have
to say?
Your word.

Your word, gives me direction.
Your word, makes me smile.
Your word, lets me know You listen.
Your word, always lightens my way.
Thank You!  I am forever grateful.

"Your word is a lamp to my feet
and a light for my path."
        (Psalm 119:105) NIV

About the Poet
Born on October 24, 1939, I was one of seven children. I am now a mother of seven grown children, grandmother of 18, widow, and writer for the past 50 years mostly poetry. Day care provider of many years, now retired. Three poetry books published, but no longer in print, several little poem books self published. Published in local newspapers, several magazines and daily devotionals. My faith, family and writing poetry has brought me thus far.
