IN LOVING  MEMORY  OF  MY FRIEND, LYNDA   PATEL…

The night has passed and the day breaks – as she walks into the light – the sun shines so bright –the night has passed and the day breaks –there is no darkness -  only the glorious presence of the Lord in sight– he waits for her beyond the  veil – she has crossed over to the river of life – where there is  no more pain and no more sorrow – there is only peace-  everlasting peace – everlasting joy – for the night has passed – and the day breaks to reveal the riches of the glory of the Lord – stored up for a faithful servant   who loved Jesus and longed to be with Him – to walk the streets of gold – loved ones and family she will behold - and meet in the grand reunion in the sky – where the night has passed and the day breaks – into eternal life – free from  all strife – no more crying there –  there is only joy  unspeakable and full of glory- the voice of the Great Shepherd she will hear – for the night has passed and the day breaks – precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints – She will dance with the lover of her soul – the one who redeemed her and made her whole - for

The night has passed and the day breaks!

Her work on earth was done – now she beholds the Son – our hearts are broken – but there is hope – for we shall meet on that beautiful shore – where the night has passed and the day breaks –  eye has not seen nor ear heard – what He has in store for the faithful – who have believed and received – by faith His gentle knock on the door of our heart – when the night has passed and the daybreaks – a mansion awaits – prepared especially for all who – endure – all who trust – all who wait on the Lord -  Faithful is our God – who loves us more than we can imagine – who brings us to His heavenly home – with an angelic  escort to His celestial shores -  what beauty and wonders await and so much more -  for all who know  and love Jesus when - The night has passed and the day breaks!

We will hear Him say welcome home my good and faithful servant…..

Good night my beautiful friend, Lynda

I will see you in the morning!

About the Poet
I was born in Lexington County, SC. I lived in Jacksonville, Florida for many years.I recently moved back home to my home town, Columbia, SC. I have one daughter, Kimberly. I now have two brothers. One went to be with the Lord in January, 2010. My Mom went to be with the Lord, Memorial Day May 28, 2012. Among the things I am grateful for and remembering about her is my salvation. She was a strong passionate woman of God all of her life and a beautiful loving Mother. I was saved and baptized in the ocean in Rota, Spain. What an experience that was! Holy Spirit chased me and drew me to Himself, while I was alone in another country. I surrendered to the Lord, and His peace flooded my soul. It was so beautiful. I am so happy he saved me and redeemed me. I am so happy to share these poems from His heart and mine. Poetry is a release and has inspired and encouraged me and many who have read my poetry. I was blessed to write for a number of years on Crossway Publications and had over 300 poems that I wrote on the site. God has increased my gift with more beautiful poetry. In 2005 my poetic writings seemed to catch the fire of God and have a deeper meaning. I thank God for this chance to share my poetry with all. God Bless...
