A Christmas Vision!

A Christmas vision wrought before the foundation of the world - in the heart and mind of our loving, compassionate   Almighty God- who triumphed over the enemy’s plan for mankind - who would have thought a babe born in lowly circumstances was the King of Kings and Lord of Lords in disguise - who could imagine a King - of enormous and epic  proportions - the Savior of the whole earth - born to a virgin - Mary did you know your baby boy - had come to save you and the world - so tender and mild he lay - sleeping in heavenly peace - he knew what He came to do -  A Christmas vision come to life in an unusual way - Who but God could bring such a thing to pass - the God of all wisdom , authority and power- His plan is always excellence and perfection -  His only begotten Son - given to us as a perfect  gift - a perfect Lamb - to be sacrificed to pay the ransom for mankind’s sin and rebellion - there was no other way - His mercy called us to His throne through the precious blood of His son - worthy is the Lamb - who came to life as

A Christmas vision!

A Christmas vision - the angels heralded His coming- with glorious songs and  dazzling brilliance -Glory to God in the Highest and on earth peace  and goodwill for all mankind -  He was so beautiful and breathtaking - none could compare - He was praised and celebrated by Kings who brought the finest gifts - lead by a star that God Almighty had placed in the sky to show them the way - A Christmas vision for the eyes to behold - in fascination and awesome wonder - oh what a Holy night that was - so serene and peaceful even the animals stood around in wonder - A Christmas vision that lives forevermore - in glorious victory - to all who seek freedom - He sets the captives free - for all who open their hearts today and everyday - we adore you Lord, we honor You - we praise You with our hands lifted  up - for You are  a Christmas vision that lives on eternally - in great power and authority over all the schemes and plans of the enemy - Our Savior and Redeemer, High and lifted up  -be thou exalted above all kingdoms - He who loves  us more than we can ever  think or imagine - with a love so rare and precious - the half has not been told - we will only know when we see Him face to face - our hearts are filled with joy for the Father God’s greatest  gift of His

About the Poet
I was born in Lexington County, SC. I lived in Jacksonville, Florida for many years.I recently moved back home to my home town, Columbia, SC. I have one daughter, Kimberly. I now have two brothers. One went to be with the Lord in January, 2010. My Mom went to be with the Lord, Memorial Day May 28, 2012. Among the things I am grateful for and remembering about her is my salvation. She was a strong passionate woman of God all of her life and a beautiful loving Mother. I was saved and baptized in the ocean in Rota, Spain. What an experience that was! Holy Spirit chased me and drew me to Himself, while I was alone in another country. I surrendered to the Lord, and His peace flooded my soul. It was so beautiful. I am so happy he saved me and redeemed me. I am so happy to share these poems from His heart and mine. Poetry is a release and has inspired and encouraged me and many who have read my poetry. I was blessed to write for a number of years on Crossway Publications and had over 300 poems that I wrote on the site. God has increased my gift with more beautiful poetry. In 2005 my poetic writings seemed to catch the fire of God and have a deeper meaning. I thank God for this chance to share my poetry with all. God Bless...
