Repentance
What precious light! What glorious dawn Would light my way to You oh Lord The gentle rain, The gift of life on thirsty barren land The promise of Your nurturing and love How glorious and divine the birdsong Breaks the silence of a lonely heart To lift it up to You Oh sinful heart, lay down Beside the gentle stream And be washed clean By your own tears And through His sacrifice for you!

About the Poet
I live in Queensland Australia with my husband son and daughter. I love the Lord and it is my passion to express my faith in whatever way He inspires me to.
At the moment it's poetry.
