Christmas Story
‘Twas the week before Christmas And all through the land God’s people were stirring To carry out His plan His gifts they were wrapped up So snug and so warm And carried by angels To keep them from harm Thoughts of His sacrifice Danced in their heads Dreams of the harvest Kept them from bed So with love and with kindness They spread the ‘good news’ No longer content To sit in their pews

About the Poet
I live in Queensland Australia with my husband son and daughter. I love the Lord and it is my passion to express my faith in whatever way He inspires me to.
At the moment it's poetry.
