New Year

What will the new year bring
Much of the same
Or a new song to sing
Will we feather our nest
And look to get
Or think of the rest
Who smile and yet
They have little more than a smile
For life for them is a trial
If we can give from our heart
Then we’ll see healing start
Through God’s love real and true
The blessing you give
It comes back to you

About the Poet
I live in Queensland Australia with my husband son and daughter. I love the Lord and it is my passion to express my faith in whatever way He inspires me to. At the moment it's poetry.
