Amen

The Lord God commands, and it is so;

Today is His before it becomes mine;

From His mouth, shooting like an arrow

The name of the dawn flies,

Into existence, Yes, and it is so;

Joy in today is the thanks given,

For His wondrous utterance; I know

This pleases Him, who is the authority

Of creation, who orchestrated here below,

That His goodness may surface, even

In the midst of sorrow; and it is so.
