(And those who were in front and those who followed were shouting Hosanna Mk 11:9)
Hosanna was the cry
Fronds waved under clear sky
Greenery swayed in the wind
As joyous hearts gave in
To shouts and blessings

The wind; ruffling through
The leaves; recalling anew
That glorious street event
When no one dared prevent
The throng in procession

So then; each new day
Reminds us in some way
Of His kingdom come
For all; not just some
As He awaits our incoming
