Oh Fearful Heart

Oh Fearful Heart

The fearful heart is not of trust

The fearful heart  is not of love

The fearful heart expects punishment

The fearful heart pumps lies

But see

He loved us first

His son He sent

That we his mercy might receive

By his act of love he chose to show

The fearful heart need not

But rather

Lean to his mercy

Receive his grace

Love in return

Live in hope
