Wordchimes Tinkle in the Breeze

Author's note: This chime is dedicated to God, Quentin Clingerman and Dale Heath for believing in me and the chimes ringing from the depths of my soul to the tips of my fingers

Thanks to God, Dale and Que

my chimes now come to you

God, my Creator planted the seed

my chimes are gifts you now read

Que, Que, Que

I can't say enough about you!

ten years ago you became the originator

loving and encouraging administrator

countless lives you've certainly touched

wordchimes to our hearts we've clutched

some bring chimes that are soulful

other chimes may be doleful

wordchimes are music to my ears

at times bringing me to tears

she said "you must send your poem to Wordchimes.com"

that poem entitled A Love Psalm

she believed in me, a lady named Dale

my ship of poetic rhyme set sail

on board, my chimes tinkle in the breeze

sometimes when words don't flow, I get weak in the knees

my chimes are guided by the Holy Spirit

this ship of poetic rhyme, God will steer it

God, Que and Dale

you all breathed life into my sail

thank you from the bottom of my heart

you gave me my poetic start!

About the Poet
I grew up in rural North Carolina, married for 38 years to my best friend and soulmate, Allen, who retired almost 17 years ago from the Air Force after 24 years of service to our beloved America. We have a daughter, Ashley ( and son-in-law, Kris) and, a son, John, and, our two beautiful grand daughters, Amelia and Haley, and Isaac, our only grandson, all blessings from God. We have four cats; Mr. Peabody, Missy, aka Middle Kitty and Tabby, aka Little Kitty, and Gracie. I've seen a lot of hard times and God has always been here for me to see me through them. I am a vessel God can use to help others in need. If I could be described in one word, it would be that I am an encourager.
