Tom Hits the Table

Oh my, oh my
ole Tom does
sigh, whatever
did I do to
deserve to die

I gobbled a bit
and chased the
old farmer,
but I didn't really
mean him no
harmer

See I can not
hold a rhyme
in my head,
I can only picture
myself as dead

Lying on the platter
for all to see,
just look at them
clapping their
hands in glee

Oh no here
he comes now
to get the
ole Tom,it ain't
no use to hide
in the hay, I am
gettng axed for
this thing called
thanksgiving day

So on this
day of being
so thankful, may
you rememner the ole
turk with a little
respect, he has to
leave behind his
sweetie named Mabel
as once again
an ole,

Tom hits the
table
