FOREVER UNFAILING by GILLENA COX The Way you are, oh sovereign lord, A trodden path you show, Gone before in perfect accord That everyone should know
Your Truth is ever in your word, No reason to acclaim regret, Message received, with no lines blurred No perhaps, no maybe, only kismet
Light of the world, eternal bliss, Stars twinkle, to your masterly design, Darkness and doubt, you dismiss, Forever, unfailing love is mine. |

About the Poet
I live in Trinidad of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago; a
multi ethnic, multi religious society. I write poetry for the sheer joy of crafting my feelings, my emotions my thoughts. I enjoy the challenge of abstraction in writing haiku. Married to Anthony Cox in 1971; we have a daughter Yanda and a son Khama. I was born in 1950
