Looking Up My future lies in Jesus, my Savior and my God, For He Alone has power to Redeem me from the sod, His Mercies have no limit, and neither does His Grace, Every morning He gives Strength, whatever we must face!
He is the Great Physician, He holds us in His Palm, And when we need His healing touch, He will give us 'balm'! He is our Great Provider, no matter what our need, We poor in spirit cling to Him, and His own will succeed!
I love my Lord and Savior, Who called my sinning soul, But only by His own Shed Blood, could we be free and whole! His Attributes are endless, and we praise Him for He's Good! How bles't it's been When once enlightened we sinners Understood! |

About the Poet
I am 64, a born-again Christian, and didn't write until 1974. My mother inspired me to write poetry, from an early age since she developed a deep love for poetry in my life. However it took years before I tried to write. My favorite subject to write about is my Savior, Jesus Christ, and religious subjects. I reside in Cleveland, Ohio.
