My Saving God I'm safe and secure in the Hands of my God, No matter what happens, where-ever I trod, He up-holds me through every one of my cares, And His Love towards me, He definitely shares!
These few words are engraved in His Palm, And the words, "I am His", through life's storms, how they calm! My soul is saved, Halleluyah, o Lord! Regardless of what this life may afford!
Safe and secure, regardless of sin, I accept from my Savior forgiveness within, His Grace is Enough, I am sinless and free! And how I will praise Him, Eternally!
Safe and secure! There's no better way, His Strength will uphold me, day after day! Wherever I go, He deserves all my Laud! For I'm safe and secure...in the Hands of my God!

About the Poet
I am 64, a born-again Christian, and didn't write until 1974. My mother inspired me to write poetry, from an early age since she developed a deep love for poetry in my life. However it took years before I tried to write. My favorite subject to write about is my Savior, Jesus Christ, and religious subjects. I reside in Cleveland, Ohio.
