God's Free Gift Grace! was there ever a word as kind, To a needy soul, to a needy mind, Defining Grace as 'totally free' A Gift from God for you and me!
It's Grace that leads to Eternal Life, It's Grace that frees us from our strife, It's Grace that teaches us to forgive, Is Grace the essence of life we live?
Was it Grace that put Jesus on the Cross? Was it Grace that Raised Him from His loss? Was it Grace that bought us from our sin? Yes, it was Grace, from the Lord, Amen! |

About the Poet
I am 64, a born-again Christian, and didn't write until 1974. My mother inspired me to write poetry, from an early age since she developed a deep love for poetry in my life. However it took years before I tried to write. My favorite subject to write about is my Savior, Jesus Christ, and religious subjects. I reside in Cleveland, Ohio.
