Casting Your Cares
Cast all your care upon Him,
give to God all your fears
let the love of the Savior
dry the river of your tears.
Shed those anxious thoughts,
that prey upon your mind
and the splendid peace of God
you will come to know and find.
Release to God all your worries,
all the concern trapped within
give them over to the Lord
and His confidence you'll win.
Free yourself from your distress,
be not a part of fears slavery
let go and let God comfort you
in Him you'll find your bravery.
Cast all your care upon Him,
for He cares for you . . .
give Him your heavy burdens
for it's what Jesus came to do!
