The River Of God

The River of God


Come and spend a few minutes in prayer.
You can walk into the river of God while
you are there.
You can feel His presence wash you anew
as His cleansing waters flow over you.
At first the water will seem very cold
but then as you get more bold
you walk further into this cleansing stream
of God
and soon your heart begins to flood with His love.
You can feel the healing waters soothe all
your worries away
and give you hope for a brand new day.
You can come and meander in this river
when you are downcast and full of despair.
and you will feel the cleansing power of God
there.
