A Thought for Father's Day

Husbands, treat your wives well
And your prayers you will not hinder,
Put her needs above your own,
Protect the fairer gender.
Yearn to meet her deepest needs

For both of you are one,
And keeping only to her side
The temptress' vices, shun.
Hearken to your children's words,
Entreat them not to lie,
Raise them to respect The Word,
Seek after The Most High.

Daily strive to know His heart
And practice Jesus' love,
Yahweh God will fill your home

...with blessings from above!

--Connie

"The LORD bless thee,
and keep thee:
The LORD make His face
shine upon thee,
and be gracious unto thee:
The LORD lift up
His countenance upon thee,
and give thee peace."

(Numbers 6:24-26 KJV)

About the Poet
IN MEMORIAM I'm just a servant of the Lord that wants to magnify Him through poetry, and to cause others to focus on Him.
